How do I get access before launch?+
Pre-register on the site with Google Sign-In (including One Tap where your browser supports it). We use this to gauge interest and to email you when the console opens. Early registrants are offered generous free usage aligned with the Spark / free-tier story on this page — final limits are confirmed at launch.
Is the Spark plan really free forever?+
Yes. 5 devices, 1,000 messages/day, OTA, crash reports — completely free, no time limit. Perfect for learning, prototyping, and college projects.
When do I start paying on Blaze?+
Only when you exceed the daily free quotas. If you have 10 devices sending 100 messages each per day, you're well within the free limits. You'll see usage in your dashboard before any charges.
What if my devices go offline?+
Offline devices don't send messages, so they don't cost anything. The SDK queues data locally and syncs when reconnected. No data loss, no charges while offline.
Can I set a spending cap?+
Yes. Set a monthly budget limit in the dashboard. We'll alert you at 50%, 80%, and 100%. Your devices keep working — we never brick your hardware.
Do you offer student discounts?+
The Spark plan is free and more than enough for student projects. If you need more, email us with your .edu address — we'll extend your free limits.
What payment methods and currencies do you accept?+
Billing defaults to USD for global SaaS; you can pay and view estimates in USD, EUR, or INR. Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Amex (where supported). India: UPI, net banking, local cards. EU: SEPA and common EU cards. Enterprise: invoicing in USD or EUR.
